Glutathione |
Glutathione, which is composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glycine, and glutamate, is a powerful antioxidant in the human body. It plays a vital role in protecting the skin from visible signs of ageing and environmental damage, such as pigmentation. Glutathione achieves this by inhibiting enzymes on the skin’s surface that trigger hyperpigmentation. Another added benefit of glutathione is its ability to brighten the skin.
