Mandelic acid is a AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) and is known for its gentle exfoliation and anti-bacterial properties.

Mandelic acid has a large molecule meaning it leads to slower penetration of the skin which makes it a lot more gentle than other AHA’s.

This ingredient helps to aid with gentle exfoliation, reduction of hyperpigmentation and skin tone and texture.
